Night Café Returns: A Special Collaboration with Blue Moon Radio
Alba’s Night Café was born in 2024 from a desire to offer Detroit a late-night gathering space that wasn’t centered around bars or alcohol—a place where community could thrive beyond the daylight hours. We launched during Ramadan, creating a welcoming environment with coffee, tea, and NA beverages, along with live performances from local artists.
This year, we are thrilled to collaborate with Blue Moon Radio for our Ramadan Night Café series. As a community-driven radio station, Blue Moon Radio amplifies Detroit’s rich musical landscape, celebrating emerging and established artists while fostering deep connections through sound.

Alba was inspired by the diverse coffee cultures of cities from New York to San Francisco, Mexico City to Rome and of course our beloved Detroit. From coffee carts to bougie cafes and everything in between – we genuinely love the way coffee brings people together, not just for a cup of exceptional coffee but to share stories, ideas, and experiences. To us coffee shops aren't just destinations; they're the heartbeats of our communities, full of laughter, chisme and genuine connection.
Alba proudly serves an assortment of thoughtfully roasted coffees that celebrate the nuances of each coffee bean, highlighting the importance of origin, processing, and brewing methods. We support roaster’s commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and creating a deeper connection between coffee producers and consumers.
Our house espresso is roasted locally by our friends at Anthology Coffee. We also sell bags for home brewing from a rotating selection of roasters nationwide.
